Plan the home and the storefront differently
For a home, begin with the rooms where the view matters most. A kitchen window, a bank of living-room panes, and a sliding patio door may need different combinations of inside glass, exterior washing, and track detailing. Identify the elevations you want included rather than assuming that a whole-house quote covers every screen and sill.
For a business, identify the customer-facing glass first. Entry doors, display windows, and an interior partition are separate surfaces. A multi-tenant request also needs a clear boundary: which suites are included, who approves interior access, and whether common-area glass belongs to a different scope.
One area, two different cleaning plans
The City of San Antonio identifies Alamo Ranch retail around Culebra Road and Loop 1604. That is a useful landmark, but it does not tell us the condition or water source at a particular address. A quote starts with the building and the work you want done.

- Is this a home, storefront, or multi-tenant property?
- Which glass is visible to customers or used most often?
- Do screens, tracks, or recurring visits belong in the estimate?
