Plan around the garden and the glass
If branches, pots, or planting sit close to the windows, include them in the access photos. A close-up of the pane can show dirt but hide the route needed to reach it. Let the crew assess the working space before assuming that a narrow side yard or planted border is accessible.
Screens and lower tracks deserve their own description. Tell us where you see loose debris, which screens need attention, and whether any frame is already damaged. Selecting those details at the estimate stage makes the difference between a glass-only visit and the more complete cleanup you may have in mind.
A separate water system and a site-specific plan
Grey Forest Water System reports Trinity Aquifer groundwater. That fact alone does not diagnose a stain on your windows. Photos and an on-site look help distinguish loose soil from mineral deposits or damaged glass.
