A clearer plan for every property

The quote should fit the property, not a one-size package.

For your home

A good window cleaning plan starts with the glass you actually want cleaned. Choose interior, exterior, or both, then add screens, tracks, French panes, or restoration work where needed.

For your business

Clear storefront glass and a workable schedule matter to a business. Tell us what kind of property you manage, which glass needs attention, and when access is available.

For your panels

Visible buildup, panel access, and the manufacturer’s care instructions matter more than a blanket cleaning schedule. Start with what you can see and what your system monitoring shows.

A clear scope makes the difference

Know what belongs
in your window cleaning.

Two estimates can both say “window cleaning” and cover different work. Start with the glass, then name the details and access your property needs.

01 / The glass

Inside, outside, or both?

Outside dust and room-side fingerprints are different surfaces. Include patio doors and divided panes in the conversation, and identify the high windows that need a closer look at access.

02 / The surroundings

Screens and tracks count, too.

A clean pane does not automatically include the screen in front of it or the channel below it. Ask for screen washing, track and sill detailing, or other extras by name so the estimate matches your expectations.

Add the details to your plan
03 / The visit

Plan around your property.

Interior work needs access to the rooms. A business visit may involve customers, deliveries, or several tenants. Share those details early so timing and access can be confirmed before you schedule.

The stubborn spots

Mineral deposits and construction residue get a closer look before treatment is promised.

The local question

Is it dirt, or a mineral spot?

For water supplied by SAWS, typical hardness is 15–20 grains per gallon. If sprinkler water repeatedly dries on glass, a film may need a different approach from routine dust removal. The actual water source and glass condition vary by address.

What to show us in a photo

Ordinary dust or pollen

Photograph the whole pane and any screens. Tell us whether you want interior, exterior, or both.

White or cloudy spots

Show a close-up and the nearby sprinkler area. A photo helps us decide whether stain assessment belongs in the quote.

Paint, mortar, or adhesive

Tell us what was installed or built and whether the glass has a coating. Construction residue needs careful method selection.

Not sure

Send a wide photo, a close-up, and the property address. We can clarify scope before promising a result.
